Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges 

You may contact us via email stanrayclothing@gmail.com. Please allow UP TO 72 hours for a representative to respond. PLEASE check your spam folder! Emails are answered between the hours of 9am to 5pm (CST) Monday thru Friday. If you email outside of these hours, over a holiday or over the weekend your email will be answered within the next few business days.

-Returns made within 14 days of the order delivery date are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.
-Exchange only after 14 days. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
-No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. There are some circumstances where a merchandise credit can be given.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (ie., animal hair)
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Returning your product
To return your product, mail it to: Earl's Apparel, P.O. Box 939 Crockett, TX 75835 USA. Please provide a note with your order number and your exchange/return request. This helps expedite the process

**You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items after 30 days if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at stanrayclothing@gmail.com and send your item to: Earl's Apparel, P.O. Box 939 Crockett, TX 75835 USA. Please send a note with your request sent with your return/exchange. This helps expedite the process.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
